What’s Included (12-Month Package)
Nine (9) Clinical Supervision Sessions
Ongoing, one-to-one supervision with the same RCC-ACS supervisor throughout the year.
Sessions focus on:
- Ethical decision-making
- Case consultation and clinical reflection
- Risk assessment and documentation
- Scope of practice and professional identity development
Three (3) Growth & Development Sessions
These sessions are not clinical supervision. They are structured, strategic coaching conversations focused on professional development beyond clinical work.
Areas may include:
- Private practice development
- Niche-building and specialization
- Leadership and professional confidence
- Boundary setting and burnout prevention
- Goal-setting and long-term planning
Monthly Live Online Training Sessions
Members receive access to monthly live teaching and coaching sessions led by experienced clinicians and subject-matter experts.
Topics may include:
- Trauma-informed and somatic approaches
- EMDR foundations
- Ethics and liability
- ADHD across the lifespan
- Couples counselling foundations
- Neuroscience-informed practice
- Cultural safety and humility
Recordings and learning resources are provided when available.
R.I.C. Resource Library (Growing Monthly)
Members receive access to a growing collection of professional tools, including:
- Supervision session templates
- Case formulation guides
- Progress note and documentation supports
- Safety planning frameworks
- Business and practice-development worksheets
- Growth and development planning tools
Priority Consideration for R.I.C. Opportunities
As Restored Image Counselling expands programs (including REACH Teachers and REACH University Students), members are given priority consideration for clinical roles and program involvement.
Optional Community Connection
Members may opt into a private professional community space to:
- Ask general questions
- Share resources
- Connect with peers
- Participate in ethically appropriate discussion
Participation is optional and moderated.
Growth & Development Session Structure
The three Growth & Development sessions are intentionally spaced to support reflection, momentum, and sustainability.
1. Discovery Session
Clarify goals, identify priorities, and create a clear framework for professional growth. This session focuses on direction, purpose, and realistic planning.
2. Review & Re-Focus Session
Pause, reflect, and recalibrate. This session helps identify barriers, reassess goals, and restore clarity and confidence.
3. Recognize & Reward Session
A closing session to acknowledge progress, highlight key wins, and define next steps for continued growth and development.
