What’s Included
Nine (9) Clinical Supervision Sessions
You will receive nine one-to-one clinical supervision sessions over a 12-month period with the same RCC-ACS supervisor.
Supervision sessions focus on:
- Ethical decision-making and professional standards
- Case consultation and clinical reflection
- Risk assessment and documentation
- Scope of practice and clinical boundaries
- Professional identity and role development
Sessions are structured, reflective, and aligned with BCACC supervision requirements.
Supervision Approach
Supervision is grounded in:
- Trauma-informed and ethically sound practice
- Collaborative reflection and skill development
- Supportive challenge and accountability
- Respect for the clinician’s experience, values, and clinical context
The goal of supervision is to strengthen clinical judgment, confidence, and competence, while supporting safe and ethical client care.

All supervision sessions are conducted with the same supervisor, allowing for:

Optional Opportunities
While this package is focused on supervision only, clinicians may have optional access to:
- Future R.I.C. programs and initiatives (e.g., REACH)
- Additional supervision sessions if space is available
Growth & Development sessions are not included in this package and are available separately.
