Josephine Ruos
B.Ed., M.C.

Bio
Josephine offers counselling for teachers, educators, and neurodiverse adults. With experience in both education and mental health, she understands the real challenges of classroom dynamics, emotional fatigue, and the pressure teachers often carry long after the school day ends. Her time in the classroom gives her a grounded understanding of what educators face daily.
After navigating her own seasons of stress and burnout, Josephine felt called to become a counsellor so others wouldn’t have to navigate those moments alone. She now supports educators, adults with ADHD or Autism Spectrum Disorder, and anyone experiencing anxiety, perfectionism, or emotional overwhelm. Her work focuses on helping clients build resilience, understand themselves more clearly, and reconnect with purpose.
Josephine’s approach is warm, calm, and collaborative. She creates a supportive environment where you can reflect, process, and explore what you need next. Sessions often include practical tools for regulation, healthier boundaries, and everyday coping strategies. Over time, clients gain clarity, confidence, and a more sustainable rhythm in both personal and professional life.

She provides specialized neurodiversity counselling for adults with ADHD or Autism Spectrum Disorder, along with support for stress, burnout, perfectionism, and anxiety. Each session focuses on understanding your story, identifying patterns, and developing small, achievable steps that support meaningful change.
When you work with Josephine Ruos, you can expect a supportive presence, clear guidance, and tools you can apply between sessions.
