Travis Rowe, M.A., RCC, is a Registered Clinical Counsellor in Kelowna, BC, offering in-person and online counselling for teachers, university students, and adults across British Columbia. He specializes in emotional health, stress and anxiety, burnout, identity, and faith-informed counselling.
Travis has experience in private practice, Indigenous community mental health, graduate training centres, and addictions services, and holds a Master of Arts in Counselling from Providence Theological Seminary. As his wife is a classroom teacher, Travis has a personal understanding of the pressures educators face and a particular heart for counselling for teachers who are carrying stress, invisible emotional load, or burnout.

You will learn practical tools such as grounding skills, cognitive strategies, and healthier boundaries for work, relationships, and personal expectations. Travis provides particular support for teachers and helping professionals navigating chronic stress, compassion fatigue, and emotional overload.
